When you report a bug
- Tell us the name or address of the tool that had the problem.
- List the steps that make the same problem happen again.
- Say which browser and device you used (for example Chrome on desktop, Safari on iPhone).
- Do not attach passwords, national ID numbers or confidential work files. If a file is needed, make a fake sample file that reproduces the problem.
